Google’s Gemini Spark can now manage your Google Photos library
By Pradhyuman,
Google announced that its personal agent, Gemini Spark, can manage Google Photos libraries. The tool edits images, curates albums, creates shared collections, and turns photos of concert flyers into calendar events.
Google Photos lead Shimrit Ben-Yair wrote on X that the update will roll out over several weeks to Gemini AI Pro and Ultra subscribers in the U.S. using English. Google did not state when the feature will expand to international users. To use the tool, users link Google Photos to Gemini, turn on Spark inside the app, and enter a prompt.
OpenAI CEO Sam Altman told Bloomberg that the AI industry has done a terrible job communicating the benefits of technology to consumers.
