Synthesia’s AI training platform is moving beyond videos into live coaching

If you have ever had to do roleplay training at work, you know how awkward it is to pretend your coworker is an angry customer. Synthesia is trying to fix this by replacing your colleague with an AI avatar that argues back and grades your performance. It makes sense. Sitting through video slides does nothing for actual learning. But there is a fine line between helpful practice and a dystopian performance tracker.
